- the amounts refer to the day, per adult couple, children aged 12 and over are considered adults;
- children's rates: 0-3 years free, 3-12 years 12 € per child;
- the structure can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests, including infants and children;
- the cost of cleaning is 50 euros, intended as a "one-off" fee per booking;
- our prices are dynamic and vary based on the period and the number of people occupying the structure.

House rules
The guest declares to have viewed the real estate unit online and to have found it suitable for use, to take delivery of it with the collection of the keys, becoming its custodian. The guest undertakes to return the property unit in the state in which he received it, except for wear and tear, taking care not to damage the furnishings and objects present, not to place his feet and shoes on the walls, not to bounce balls and balls off internal and external walls, do not use ointments/oils on linen, the gas and sink must be left clean before checking out, under penalty of compensation for damages.

The host and the guest define the methods of delivery of the following keys: entrance door and north/south entrance door. They will be delivered by the host to the guest and at the end of the stay returned to the owner or by prior agreement left in the mailbox.
The expenses - insofar as they exist - relating to the cleaning service and all utilities (electricity, water, gas, telephone) are entirely the responsibility of the guest.
The right to visit the property during the day and take care of the garden is reserved for the host, subject to adequate notice to the guest.
The parties mutually acknowledge that, although not foreseen, this lease is exclusively governed by the rules of the civil code, as it is a lease stipulated to satisfy housing needs for tourist purposes. Using the accommodation solely as a holiday, the exercise of any profession is prohibited.
The host and the guest mutually authorize each other to communicate their personal data to third parties in relation to obligations connected to the rental relationship (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196).
Subleasing, loaning or transfer of enjoyment in any other capacity to third parties, in whole or in part, is prohibited, under penalty of termination of the lease.
Hospitality in the property of a greater number of people than the agreed one will lead to the termination of the contract.
Respect for rest times from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm and after 11.00 pm is required.
Compliance with the heating switch-on limitations is required: the radiators must be switched on for a maximum of 13 hours per day, between 5am and 11pm, from 22 October to 7 April. Maximum temperature 19 degrees.
Compliance with the separate collection of municipal solid waste is required, as per the paper instructions present in the home.
Animals are allowed, preferably housed in the courtyard.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; smokers can use the ashtray outside.
Use the designated parking spaces within the property, as indicated.
